Good quality, but shipping was a pain
I was looking for some nice groomsmen gifts and stumbled upon Hudson Sutler while comparing them to Filson and LL Bean. Their Custom Monogrammed Bags looked really sharp, especially the duffels. I ordered a few of the Annapolis Waxed Canvas Dopp Kits with monograms, and the quality is definitely there – very robust and classic looking. My main issue was with the shipping; it took nearly 2 and a half weeks to arrive, which was a bit stressful since I needed them for a specific date. The monogramming itself was done well, but the delivery timeframe really needs improvement, especially for personalized items. They need to get that sorted out if they want to compete with some of the larger brands.
